Managing Director

What Kevin doesn't know about healthcare marketing isn't worth knowing! He has worked with hundreds of dental practices throughout the UK and Ireland.

Following university his career in marketing saw spells in the mobile technology, aviation and general healthcare sectors until he took a role with DPAS, a leading dental plan provider, almost a decade ago.


Most recently he has been with the largest private hospital group in the UK before deciding to launch Practice Growth Agency in 2012.

PR & Marketing Executive

Jay is a highly experienced PR and Marketing Exec who has worked in a variety of business areas, including finance and healthcare.

We don’t like to boast; however, we’ve never met a finer blog writer! Jay also helps us to arrange spectacular events which our clients rave about.

Outside of being an amazing part of the Practice Growth Agency team, Jay is a married mother of two yet rarely sees her husband thanks to his obsession with big boy toys and anything with a steam engine, maybe that why he makes such a good RAF engineer.

In her spare time, she is an accomplished crocheter, choosing to keep herself sane in her spare time by making blankets, toys and homeware for charity, friends and family. Just please don’t ask her to crochet a branded tooth for your practice, all previous requests have been rejected.

Social Media Superhero

Joe is the newest- and youngest- member of our team, but don’t let that put you off, as he is also something of a social media whiz. He is proficient with all forms of social media and his creative approach to graphic design and website creation will ensure maximum engagement on a variety of informative and interesting posts for clients.


Joe studied Music at the University of Sussex and is a skilled composer and guitarist, whilst also being interesting in anthropological and ethnographic approaches to music. His creativity knows no bounds, and he is constantly looking for new and innovative marketing techniques.
