It was the first time that as Practice Growth Agency, Kevin and I have attended such a large event so we were incredibly excited to attend and bring our marketing and social media expertise to this show.
We arrived on Thursday afternoon in Birmingham after a long drive from Surrey up to the NEC and set up our exhibition stand ready for the two full days of the event. New banners, shiny leaflets and lots of glossy literature were all with us and ready and waiting!
Back again early Friday and the show itself opened at 9am ready for the thousands of dental professionals and suppliers who were registered as delegates. Friday was a steady (yet surprisingly busy) day and we spoke to numerous dentists, practice managers and other top manufacturers and suppliers as they visited our stand. We had lots of interest in our services, especially the face-to-face training courses we are running throughout the course of 2015.
We offered all show delegates special discounts on some of our services and were also pleased to launch at the show a brand new course The Reception Deception, which is due to be held in London on 6th November.
After a networking drinks reception on Friday evening we were back for more on Saturday from 9am to 4.30pm before packing up and heading back to Surrey,
armed full of new contacts, clients and ideas for what do develop next!
We are really pleased to forge some new strong relationships with industry bodies such as the Association of Practice Managers and will be listing some new course and events where Kevin, our Managing Director will be speaking on how to grow your practice. The first event we are due to speak at is the Designing a Smile course on Friday 6th June in Crewe.
