Practice Evaluation Report

The team at Practice Growth Agency will prepare a detailed report outlining where your practice currently is, where it needs to get to, and how to achieve this in as short a timeframe as possible.


The practice evaluation and roadmap includes:

We sign a full confidentiality agreement before we carry-out any work.


In advance of our visit we will do the following:

 

It will require a full day of preparation before we attend the practice, followed by a full day in-practice getting all of the necessary information and analysing the team/carrying out the health check.

 

Following this it will take a full day of analysis, compiling your report which is a 70 page in-depth overview and roadmap. The best day in practice is generally a busy one to give us a true reflection of the team, patients and processes.


On the day we will:

 

  • Use the morning to take a walkthrough of the practice and take a selection of photographs we will use in the report

  • Meet each team member individually for 10 minutes and give them an anonymous staff survey to complete

  • Look at the patient journey

  • Discuss mystery shopper calls

  • Extract all of the information we need from your patient management system

  • Spend approximately 2 hours with you to discuss where the practice currently is and the 1, 2 and 3 year goals

When we leave the practice we will write your report and submit it to you within 10 working days.
